Why are you called The TRUST the DREAM Coach?
Both TRUST and DREAM are acronyms. DREAM speaks to the signature system I use in my coaching and training. TRUST stands for To Rest Under Sacred Truth. Read that again. There is rest in the truth.
It is my hope that my clients discover what it means to Rest, as well as how to really TRUST the DREAM!
- Rest: to cease from striving, struggling, and receive strength.
- TRUST: The process, the journey, God’s way, including His timing.
- DREAM: Involves your heart desires, who you are meant to be and what you’re meant to have.
Who do you typically work with?
Christian women entrepreneurs and other women leaders look to me and my DREAM Process to eliminate the overwhelm, the pressure to please and achieve, and to experience God’s personal promises for their lives.
Too many Christian women struggle and suffer in silence. They can fall into the comparison trap, feel pressure to sacrifice their happiness to please and serve others. They may question their identity, worth, and value, feel unsupported and alone even in their church community.
It is my desire to create a ripple effect among purpose-driven Christian women leaders, collaborating with God to do amazing things that bring Him glory!
What is life coaching?
Life Coaching is the bridge between the life you have and the life you desire! It’s a professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, organizations, and relationships.
Life coaching is about gaining a new focus, change, growth, and moving forward. It involves facilitating the process of greater self-discovery, clarification of life dreams and goals, and creating a course of action.
I’m a little intimidated by your faith. I don’t even know many Scriptures. Will you still work with me?
ABSOLUTELY!!! You do not need to know Scripture to work with me or even attend Church. I am a vessel for God. He knows what you need and is happy to provide it! I trust Him to show up to guide our time together.
What is Christian Life Coaching?
In addition to life coaching, Christian coaching is just as it sounds. It is support from a Christian coach rooted in the Christian faith. A Christian life coach can be instrumental in you living a life in line with God’s will and developing into a person both you and God are proud of.
What if I’m not sure what I need? I feel like I’m spinning and can’t find solid ground.
You don’t need to have all the answers when we meet. I’m here to help you find them. Often, the answers are already within, but you may be too close to the situation or you may have other people close to you telling you what they think you should do. Because I am a neutral party, I am able to see a different perspective and help you find clarity on what is truly best for you.
Why should I work with you when my Church offers free help?
I believe God knows what we need, who can help us, and will guide us to the right resources. With that said, if you are led to me, you can trust that God has a plan.
Your church may have a lot to offer However, the truth is that a lot of the counseling services offered through our churches come from volunteers that may lack experience and training.
I am trained and certified with over 10 years of experience. Not only that, I provide specific solutions that tend to be customized to specific groups. Again, I specialize in purpose-driven women leaders.
No one else has my experience with God, the tools or processes He has created through me. That all works together to bring about the life-changing results that await you.
I sometimes feel judged when I attend Church services. Will I feel this way working with you?
I completely understand your concern. I make it a point to let my clients know they’re in a safe space, valued, and accepted. There is NO JUDGEMENT while working with me.
You will, however, need to be willing to get honest about where you are as well as be open to the changes and work that need to be made.
